Sarah Palin, whose irrational disconnection from reality never ceases to amaze and amuse me, has recently come under fire for supposedly encouraging members of the tea party movement to violence towards her opposition. Said Ms. Palin on her Twitter account, “Commonsense Conservatives & lovers of America: ‘Don't Retreat, Instead - RELOAD!’”
