Seattle is known for a few things. The Space Needle, Grunge music, and rain. So why is it that this city is incapable of creating a decent drainage system? I mean seriously. There is no reason for there to be standing water in the middle of the street, let alone the gutters. What? Is the city surprised that it rains? Its not even heavier than usual rain. Why can't we fix this? What is more important?
